Article R421-12
Created by Decree No. 2008-263 of March 14, 2008 - art. (V)
In case of serious difficulties in the functioning of an institution, the Superintendent may take whatever steps are necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the public.
Case of emergency, including any threat or action against the order of speakers and local educational establishment, the school head, without prejudice to the general provisions regulating access to schools, can : 1 °
Deny access to these speakers or premises to any person within or outside the establishment;
2 ° Suspend lessons or other activities within the institution.
The headteacher informs the Governing Council decisions and reports of the school authority, the mayor, president of the council or regional council and state representative in the department.
